Dancin with Gigi's mission statement is to fill dancers with self-confidence and encourage them to be ALL God has called them to be, HE has a plan for their lives.  Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Pointe, Poms and Tumbling are offered in our core curriculum from ages 3 thru adult level.  Gigi's dance training began at the early age of 4 in her mother's dance studio in Mason City, Iowa.  She danced under the direction of Carla Lee until High School graduation.  She attended the University of Northern Iowa furthering her dance education until moving to the Quad Cities in 1982.  She then pursued her career as owner and director of Dancin' with Gigi.  Thousands of students have passed thru the doors of our studio over the years, and we are ever grateful that we had the chance to influence their lives in a positive way.  Gigi was employed for many years by Sitmar Cruises based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida as a children's coordinator, teaching dance classes on board their ships.  The Caribbean was a great place to spend her summers, and also a great way to gain experience as a dance teacher.  Dancin' with Gigi currently has 4 performing dance companies that perform at local festivals and special occasions.  Our studio holds an annual spring production recital every year in May, and summer camps are available to our students.  Registrations are always welcome, and we encourage you to come visit our studio, take a FREE class, and decide for yourself if we are the studio for you !
